The ELGEF+ Series from GF is a complete package of PE electrofusion welded fittings with various certifications for PE-100, PE-80 and PE-63 pipes.
The electrofusion welded fitting package “ES16” is a limited package of PE electrofusion welded fittings for PE100 pipes.
All ELGEF+ and ES16 fittings can be welded using the electrofusion welding unit. The equipment from Georg Fischer is sold or hired by Netafim.
n preparation for the welding of PE63, PE80 and PE100 pipes with electrofusion welded fittings, the oxidation layer (0.2 mm) must be removed from the pipe sections to be welded.
The Rotary Scraper RS is suitable for PE80 and PE100 as well as for both pipe ends and the middle of the pipe (welding saddles).
The function of the fixing clamp is to prevent the PE pipe from moving during the cooling period while maintaining the necessary pressure during welding and cooling.
Cleaning cloths are used to clean the PE pipe after scraping. Cleaning also removes the static charge from the end of the pipe so that it attracts less dust.
ELGEF- is a complete package of fittings with spigot end for use in combination with ELGEF+ or ES16, but also for butt fusion welding of PE100, PE80 and PE63 pipes.
The iJOINT Series of compression couplings (successor to the Poly-16 Series) consists of high-quality compression couplings for 20 – 110 mm PE pipes (CPE, LDPE, PE63, PE80, PE100), with KIWA certification, suitable for 16 bar.
The S16 compression coupling from Supreme is recognisable from the blue gland with KIWA certification. It is used with PE hoses and pipes (CPE, LDPE, PE63, PE80, PE100) for drinking water applications.
In addition to the well-known S16 compression coupling with KIWA certification, Netafim also supplies the agricultural S10 compression coupling from Supreme.
The VDL product range comprises various compression couplings for PE hoses and pipes with KIWA certification, including: T-piece and elbow with compression coupling, double compression coupling, end set, T-piece with glued joint and gland nut.
Threaded fittings of polypropylene (PP) are universal threaded couplers with an integral O-ring for installation without Teflon tape (self-seal).
Nutlock fittings combine the advantages of barb connectors and compression couplings. The PE hose is pushed over the loose neck and secured with the gland.
Netafim supplies a tape coupling for connection of tape irrigation hoses such as the Revaslim.
Barb connectors (or hose bushes) are insertion couplings for PE hoses from 12 to 25 mm.
The grommet is used particularly in greenhouse horticulture in systems where the working pressure is relatively low and a large number of branches have to be made from a PE or PVC pipe.

Swivel fittings are couplers with gland that allow connections to be made and disconnected quickly and easily.
The tapping saddle from GF is recognisable from the blue colour and is used whenever a connection has to be made to an (existing) PE or PVC line with a diameter from 20 to 315 mm.
The tapping saddle from Supreme is recognisable from the black colour and is used whenever a connection has to be made to an (existing) PE or PVC line with a diameter from 25 to 110 mm.
The Tavlit tapping saddle series comprises not only the existing versions, but also an innovative and user-friendly tapping saddle without nuts and bolts.
This quick-coupler is used in particular for manual irrigation hoses where a high absorption capacity is required. It is also used for directly positioning a sprinkler on a stand in the ground.
