Flushing valves

The Amiad flushing valve is installed at the end of a drip irrigation hose to discharge air more quickly and to prevent the possible accumulation
of contaminants at the end of the hose without flushing valves or automation systems being necessary.

In pressure-free state, the valves are open and the water can drain from the hose. As soon as the hose is pressurised, the valve closes and drip irrigation is possible.

Characteristics

  • Two types with different closing pressure: Closing at 3 or 5 mwc
